Text messaging

Text messages get read fast, so they’re great for class reminders and last-minute updates. Text messaging is an optional feature you switch on when you want it.

Turning it on

Text messaging isn’t on for every studio by default. Once it’s enabled for your account, a Texting area appears under Administration where you set it up. There’s a quick activation step (and, depending on your region, an opt-in or sender registration) before the first message can go out.

What it’s for

With texting on, you can:

• Add text reminders to your notifications, alongside email.
• Send a quick text to everyone in a class — for example, a room change.
