Committed terms (series)

Run multi-week courses people enroll in once and are booked into for the whole run.

A drop-in is paid for one class at a time. A committed term — also called a series — is a multi-week course someone enrolls in once and is then booked into for every class through the end. It’s ideal for a beginner course, an intensive, or a semester-long program where you want the same people each week.

Open it from Classes → Sessions (your studio may label it differently — see the note below).

Creating a series

Select Create Session, and you’ll set it all up in one flow — the series, the enrollment window, the class schedule, and the price.

Creating a committed series

Work through the three steps at the top:

  • Series — choose the class, give the series a name, and set the class period (start and end dates — it shows you how many weeks that is) and the enrollment window (when people can sign up).
  • Schedule — which day(s) and time the classes run.
  • Price — what it costs to enroll for the whole run.

What enrollment does

When someone enrolls in a series, they’re automatically booked into every class in it — no booking week by week. As the calendar fills in, each new class in the run already has its enrolled people on the list.
