Welcome to Atelier Studio
A warm, plain-English tour of what Atelier Studio does and where to start.
Welcome! Atelier Studio is the app you and your team use to run your studio — your classes, your schedule, the people who come to them, and getting paid. This help center walks you through it in plain language, one task at a time.
Your clients don’t use this app. They book through your own booking page or the separate customer app — so everything here is just for you and your staff.
What you can do here
In one place, Atelier Studio lets you:
- Plan your week — put classes on the calendar and see who’s booked in.
- Take bookings and check people in — including waitlists when a class fills up.
- Sell memberships and class packs — so regulars can book without paying every time.
- Keep track of your people — their history, passes, and notes.
- Get paid — connect your payouts, set prices, and handle refunds.
- See how things are going — simple numbers on bookings, attendance, and income.
You don’t have to set all of this up at once. Start small and add more as you go.
