Waitlists

When a class fills up, Atelier Studio starts a waitlist on its own — there’s nothing to switch on. People can add their name, and you don’t lose a booking just because the class was briefly full.

How a spot gets filled

When someone cancels and a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist is next. Depending on your setting, either:

• They’re booked in automatically and told the good news (and charged, if it’s a paid drop-in), or
• They’re offered the spot for a short window — if they don’t take it in time, it passes to the next person.

Seeing who’s waiting

Open the class from your schedule. A full class shows its waitlist, in order. If you need to, you can move someone up into the class yourself.

Choose how spots are filled — and set a cut-off so no one is added too close to the start — under Settings → Policies.
